I am a marine scientist working on a number of habitats and species across the world's oceans.

Using a variety of deep-submergence technologies, including Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV), Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV) and human-occupied submersibles, my research has taken me to the depths of the Southern Ocean, Indian Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.

I am an independent consultant and hold a visiting research fellowship in Ocean and Earth Science at the University of Southampton.
